Researching and documenting all aspects of your car, ownership, and service history.

Reviewing all documents and service records for accuracy to create a timeline and presentable history of your car.

Initiating the auction or ad on the site where we choose to list your car for sale.

Conducting all communications with the administrators and interested parties of the site where your car is actively being offered, including post-sale communications.

The best chance of selling your car for more. There is a strong possibility you may love your car more by the time we photograph, video, and list your car for sale online. Be strong...sell your car for more!

Helping to arrange payment and shipping between you and the buyer if you wish. I will act as an intermediary at your request but these transactions are between you and the buyer.

Accepting payment from the buyer of your car.

Signing or holding the title. Keep your car insured until it is finally sold.

Any travel and incidental expenses needed to complete the listing of your car for sale.

Any guarantee that your car will sell or meet the auction reserve successfully.

I am acting as an assistant and qualified person to help you with the process of selling your car. I am not a deal or consigner. You are only hiring me to represent you online.

The information I am using to present your car comes from you. The documentation you provide to me is what I will tell others...so tell me everything...the good and the bad. Most sale sfail because the buyer felt they were not told the truth, so be honest.

Since I am not the seller, anything that transpires in the sale is your responsibility.

Payment to me is due when the auction or online ad has successfully ended, not when you receive payment. If the sale falls through for any reason you will still be responsible for payment.
